Margi is a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential coach with International Coach Federation (ICF) offering Leadership, Relationship and Culinary coaching. As a certified coach, she empowers individuals, couples and team to explore opportunities, clarify goals, create action plans, and move past obstacles to achieve what they want. Margi is also a certified MBTI® Master practitioner. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Profiles describe in detail your four-letter personality type and
from that, she generates in-depth reports to help you better understand yourself, build on your personal strengths, and improve how you interact with others. Using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Instrument, Margi can provide workshops in the areas of team building, leadership development and conflict management around personality types.
Margi is certified to administer the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children® (MMTIC®). This assessment is used for assessing psychological type in children and young people.
In addition, Margi is certified to administer and facilitate the FIRO-B instrument. The FIRO-B instrument is an assessment tool, which helps people understand their behavior—and that of others—in interpersonal situations. The assessment, and its results can be used in a variety of settings and in combination with other solutions to improve organizational performance
Margi serves on the Board of Directors for the Charleston, WV Chapter of Society of Human Resource Management as their President. In addition, Margi serves on the Board of Directors for Association for Talent Development (ATD) as their VP of Programs and Events. She is a graduate of Leadership Kanawha Valley and a graduate of Leadership West Virginia.
